James Lee Foundation Scholarship

Award Amount: $5,000
Who can apply?

• Non-professional Canadian residents over the age of 16
• Create a portfolio with a maximum of 10 pieces.  All fields of creativity related to the advertising community will be considered (e.g. writers, art directors, film makers, recording artists, illustrators, digital artists, etc.
• Provide your contact information
• Provide a paragraph (max. 200 words) explaining how the funds would help you to pursue your creative path
• Must be enrolled in a full-time program of at least one year in length at a Manitoba post-secondary institution
• Must be living in subsidized housing or receiving a rental subsidy funded by MB Housing, Manitoba Shelter Benefit or Rental Supplement.
• Mature students are encouraged to apply
• At least 4 bursaries will be rewarded to students of Metis, Inuit, Status Indian, or Non-Status Indian ancestry
