Description:

The School Division is seeking snow clearing services from qualified Bidder(s) whose bid(s) best serve the interests of the School Division when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria.

The term of the agreement is 1 year, from October 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with an additional 1-year extension if mutually agreed.

Shaftesbury High School Crawlspace Upgrades

The Pembina Trails School Division will be accepting bids from Contractors for their Shaftesbury High School Crawlspace Upgrades project. The intent of the project is to improve access into crawlspace areas at several locations within the school. The improvements specified include combinations of new and/or modified crawlspace access openings, new floor hatches, and new ladders and ladder extensions.

Mandatory pre -bid site meeting: 
Monday April 27, 2026 at 11:00 am
Mandatory for Contractors providing a bid to the school division
