Notice of Intention to Dispose of Land

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 68.2(1) of The Public Schools Act, that the Pembina Trails School Division intends to consider the disposal of a parcel of land.

The land proposed for disposal consists of approximately 138 sq. ft. and is located adjacent to Institut collégial Vincent Massey Collegiate.

A motion to authorize the disposal of this land will be brought forward for consideration by the Board of Trustees at the Regular Meeting of the Board on May 28, 2026.
