David has been a trustee for Pembina Trails since 2002. He has served as both Chair of the Board and Vice–Chair and he has been a member of all of the Board’s standing committees as well as numerous ad hoc committees. He currently serves as Chair of the Communication and Community Relations Committee.

Over the years David has held senior positions in both the public and private sectors. He founded Strata Research, a company specializing in demographic mapping and database marketing.

For many years he has served as a community volunteer and supported his sons’ hockey and soccer teams. David and his wife Katherine live in Fort Garry. Their sons Magnus and Eric are both graduates of Vincent Massey Collegiate.

David makes it a top priority to make certain that all Pembina Trails’ schools are welcoming and that our students have a healthy space to learn and play.
