Community Use of Schools
Pembina Trails School Division is accepting permit renewals for the 2021-2022 school year with a phased approach. The staggered process begins with community groups that held permits in 2019-2020 school year and for the 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM time slot only.
If you are new to community use in Pembina Trails School Division, please call our permit administrator prior to application to obtain instructions on the application process.

In our commitment to encouraging community use of schools, we welcome not-for-profit groups and organizations to apply for after-hours school space, so long as there is no conflict with school programming.
People living in Pembina Trails School Division can request a permit to use school space for the purpose of educational, recreational and cultural events. More information can be found in our policy KFB, policy KFB-R, guidelines and permit terms and conditions.
Please keep in mind all applications must be submitted at least two weeks before the date requested.
Pembina Trails School Division uses an online software called eBase. All permit applications should be submitted through the online booking system. You are advised to watch the introduction video which will demonstrate how to use the booking portal.
