The 2026 Civic Election will be held on Wednesday, October 28.

The Pembina Trails School Division will meet on the second and fourth Thursdays of September and October, as necessary, in accordance with the 2025–26 Board Meeting Schedule.

The Board Meeting Schedule for 2026–27 will be posted following the Inaugural Meeting of the Board. The date of the Inaugural Meeting will be determined at the September 10 Regular Meeting of the Board. Board Meetings are held 181 Henlow Bay in the Craig M. Stahlke Boardroom at 8:00 p.m.

Individuals or Groups wishing to appear before the Board as a delegation shall notify the Secretary-Treasurer of their intention by giving notice, in writing, no later than 1:00 p.m. on the Tuesday the week prior to the regularly scheduled meeting of the Board at which they wish to appear. In addition to the notification, delegations are required to provide written information respecting the topic and content of their petition/presentation.
