We believe in transparency, and that is why all our board meetings are open to the public.

Our regularly scheduled board meetings take place on the second and fourth Thursday of each month from September to June. Meetings are held in the board room at the Administration Office, 181 Henlow Bay, starting at 8 p.m. 





The Board of Trustees will establish the Board Meeting dates for the 2021-22 school year at the Inaugural Meeting

The Board Meetings are held on the second and fourth Thursday of each month, September through June, starting at 8 p.m. in the Board Room at the Administration Office, 181 Henlow Bay. 


Individuals or Groups wishing to appear before the Board as a delegation shall notify the Secretary-Treasurer of their intention by giving notice, in writing, no later than 1 p.m. on the Tuesday the week prior to the regularly scheduled meeting of the Board at which they wish to appear.
