Meetings
We believe in transparency, and that is why all our board meetings are open to the public.
Our regularly scheduled board meetings take place on the second and fourth Thursday of each month from September to June. Meetings are held in the board room at the Administration Office, 181 Henlow Bay, starting at 8 p.m.
BOARD MEETING SCHEDULE 2022-23
The Board of Trustees have established the Board Meetings dates for the 2022-2023 school year as follows: Thursday, September 8, 2022 Regular Meeting of the Board Wednesday, October 12, 2022 Regular Meeting of the Board Thursday, November 3, 2022 Inaugural Meeting of the Board Thursday, December 8, 2022 Regular Meeting of the Board Thursday, January 12, 2023 Regular Meeting of the Board Thursday, February 9, 2023 Regular Meeting of the Board Thursday, March 9, 2023 Regular Meeting of the Board Thursday, April 13, 2023 Regular Meeting of the Board Thursday, May 11, 2023 Regular Meeting of the Board Thursday, June 8, 2023 Regular Meeting of the Board Individuals or Groups wishing to appear before the Board as a delegation shall notify the Secretary-Treasurer of their intention by giving notice, in writing, no later than 1 p.m. on the Tuesday the week prior to the regularly scheduled meeting of the Board at which they wish to appear. In addition to the notification, delegations are required to provide written information respecting the topic and content of their petition/presentation.
