Property for sale

We have an update on the status of the property at 3707 Roblin Boulevard. The Province has recently directed our Board to, once again, place the former Chapman School up for sale.

In May 2018, The Pembina Trails Board of Trustees voted to sell the Robin Boulevard lot property and building to Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church of Christ). The sale was conditional upon the approval of both our Board and the Province of Manitoba. The offer to purchase the property did not successfully reach the final step of approval.

Interested parties are asked to place a new offer using the following form. The opportunity to submit an offer will close on January 11, 2019.

We would like to thank our community for their patience and understanding during this lengthy process. Pembina Trails has held a number of public meetings in an effort to keep the sale as transparent as possible.
