eBASE – new online booking system launches for community use of schools- permits

We believe in opening our doors to our community.

In our commitment to encouraging community use of schools, we welcome not-for-profit groups and organizations to apply for after-hours school space, so long as there is no conflict with school programming.

Our permit booking system has transitioned to new online software called eBASE. All permit applications for the 2019-20 school year should be submitted through this online site.

Before using the system, it is beneficial to spend ten minutes to watch an introductory video which will be available on the user login page.  There will also be help screens and tutorials throughout the booking process.
