FRC's Ranya Narwal goes undefeated - for the third year in a row - as she captures her third consecutive provincial badminton title

Pembina Trails congratulates FRC badminton player extraordinaire, Ranya Narwal.

Incredibly, Ranya recently captured her third consecutive provincial badminton title.

That’s remarkable by itself, but the truly breath-taking part of three-peating as provincial badminton champion is the fact she never lost a match in three years of high school badminton.

Yes, you read that correctly. 

Ranya's high school badminton career was one of absolute perfection; of being undefeated throughout three long seasons of climbing to the top of the provincial badminton mountain.

It’s likely also a completely historic achievement in that it’s probably never been done before and may never be done again. 

Perfection is something that almost never happens in sport over the course of an entire season.

But to go three seasons with an unblemished record, with only wins and not a single loss, is beyond outstanding.
