Pembina Trails partners with Centre for Aborginal Human Resource Development to develop teachers and service workers
Pembina Trails is proud to be working with the Centre for Aborginal Human Resource Development (CAHRD) and Neeginan College of Applied Technology to train educational assistants, community workers and provide a pathway for those that are interested in becoming a teacher.
This partnership aligns with CAHRD's mission statement of relieving and preventing unemployment among Indigenous people in Winnipeg, and help them to achieve self-sufficiency by providing education and training, employment services, and support programs.
Participants will be paid a job training allowance while attending the program.
Anyone interested in this program has until June 16, 2023 to apply.
