Students were able to participate in pow wow and indigenous dancing. They concentrated and moved with joyful expressions. It was really wonderful to learn about the indigenous dances and the links between the Voyageurs. This links our curriculum and responds to reconciliation call to action #63 "Building student capacity for intercultural understanding, empathy, and mutual respect."
