Bus transportation registration for the 2026-2027 school year is now available.

Bus transportation is available for eligible students, as well as through seat sale and seat sale charters:

Eligible students: Eligible students are in kindergarten to Grade 6, attend their catchment school, live more than 1.6 km walking distance from the school, and are transported to and from a qualifying address.
Seat Sale: Students who are not eligible for bus transportation can apply for a seat sale. Seat sales may be offered on a first come, first served basis to non-eligible students when there are empty seats on an existing bus route, and the family’s assigned bus stop is on an existing route.
Seat Sale Charters: Students who attend École Viscount Alexander, Oak Park High School, or Shaftesbury Collegiate and are not eligible for bus transportation can apply for a seat sale charter. Seat sale charters are offered at these three schools because Winnipeg Transit service is not a viable option. Seat sales may be offered on a first come, first served basis to non-eligible students.
