Goal Reached! Oak Park's Kenyan Scholarship of Dreams

Oak Park is excited to announce that our Kenyan Scholarship of Dreams has reached its goal! The scholarship will be used to send a deserving young woman to a Kisaruni School for Girls on a four year, $10,000 scholarship. We are looking forward to sharing this when we return to the Massi Mara of Kenya in 2019.

Oak Park High School students have now travelled to the Massi Mara of Kenya on three seperate occasions, each time immersing themselves in the rich culture of the Massi and Kipsigi people. On our fourth trip, in 2019, we will continue our service learning while building schools and bridging the gap between the lives of students from a developed and developing nation.
