Arts

As a full year visual arts program the grade 7, 8, and 9 art students receive instruction by our art specialist. The program provides opportunities for students to work hands-on with different media such as watercolour, oil pastels, 3-D paper construction, collage, clay and printmaking. Students are given guidance, skills development and an opportunity to discuss and reflect on their own art, and to broaden their cultural understanding through art appreciation. 

Students have had the opportunity to showcase their art in public through our Pembina Trails art show, Sight Unseen, as well as school art displays.
