École St. Avila Glenlea Plant Fundraiser - Extended order deadline is now April 19th!

ORDER DEADLINE HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO WEDNESDAY APRIL 19th - midnight.


We are pleased to announce the return of our École St. Avila Glenlea Plant Fundraiser, and it is now open for orders until Saturday, April 15, 2023. Instructions for ordering on-line are attached. Paper copies will not be accepted.

Last year, some plants were sold out early, so we are starting earlier to ensure better choices of products available. We recommend placing your order sooner, rather than later. Late orders will not be accepted. Plants will be delivered to the school for pick up on Wednesday, May 17, 2022.

All proceeds from our plant sales will go towards Outdoor Education. We are currently exploring outdoor classroom seating,  butterfly and or vegetable garden planning and ways to provide shaded areas for outdoor learning.

Our Spring Fundraiser includes the sale of bedding plants, perennials, hanging baskets, vegetables, and other plants.  Gift cards are also available for purchase and may be used at the Glenlea Greenhouse, in Glenlea, MB., or at their booths at local farmer’s markets. What a great idea for gift giving!

 You as the customer can follow these simple steps to shop and pay online at Glenlea Greenhouses website at www.glenleagreenhouses.com. 

1. On their homepage select Spring Fundraiser. 

2. Once you are finished shopping, go to the cart page and select “to support & pick up at a fundraiser group”. Afterwards, three fields will appear. 

3. Please select from the dropdown École St. Avila School 

4. Under Name of Seller (the name of the individual you are supporting with this fundraiser's name) Name of St. Avila student and classroom teacher. 

5. Lastly, check the Checkbox to confirm all the information in the above fields are correct and click check out & pay. 

6. Input your email and personal information and click Continue. 

7. Select “Fundraiser - To Support and Pickup at the Fundraiser Group I selected on CART page then click Continue to payment method. 

8. Once on the payment method screen, payment can be completed with VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards or INTERAC e-transfer to the Greenhouse. 

Shortly after completion of the order, an email confirmation is sent to the email address provided confirming delivery location and date, along with the products ordered. Online orders will be accepted until 11:59 pm on April 15th. 

The plants will be delivered to École St. Avila on Wednesday May 17th and we will need all orders to be picked up by 5:45 pm. 

All the proceeds from this fundraiser will support our Outdoor Education planning. We thank you for your support!
