Graduating Class of 2026
Today, we celebrate an exceptional group of graduates who embody the values at the heart of PTC: respect, resilience, generosity, connection, and a commitment to becoming well-rounded individuals.
The Class of 2026 has shown us that success is not defined by a single path. Rather, it is measured by perseverance, personal growth, and the courage to keep moving forward. More than one-third of this year's graduates achieved mastery in their learning, earning averages above 90%, while many others reached proficiency levels above 80%. These accomplishments reflect not only academic success but also determination, hard work, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Throughout your time at PTC, you have demonstrated what can happen when people support one another and move forward together with strength, compassion, and hope.
The late Murray Sinclair often spoke about the importance of helping young people answer a powerful question:
"Who am I?"
We believe many of you have begun answering that question here at PTC. You have learned to recognize your strengths, honour your stories and identities, and understand your responsibilities to your communities and to one another.
Graduates, you should be incredibly proud of all you have accomplished.
You have balanced responsibilities, overcome challenges, pursued your passions, and grown into thoughtful, capable young adults. The qualities you have developed—resilience, adaptability, compassion, humour, and respect—will serve you well wherever life takes you. As you step into your next chapter, remember that your story matters, your gifts matter, and your community will always be part of who you are.
Class of 2026, thank you for helping shape the culture, traditions, and spirit of PTC. You were not simply students here—you helped create the school community that exists today.
Wherever your journey leads, remember what you learned at PTC: care for one another, stay curious, listen deeply, and walk alongside others with respect and generosity.
As T. Kingfisher reminds us:
"Trust your intuition; it is an observation you didn't realize you made."
And as Charlie Mackesy writes:
"Always remember: you matter, you are important, you are loved, and you bring to this world things no one else can."
Congratulations, Class of 2026! On 26.6.2026 you crossed an important milestone, and the entire PTC community is proud of you. We look forward to seeing the impact you will make in the world.
