ÉCS Student Swims to Win

Congratulations to ÉCS student Jane Gorchynski for her excellent performance at the Manitoba Junior Provincial Swim Championships. Jane earned 4 medals in a number of events. She won a gold and a silver in 200 m relay, and a gold and a bronze in 200 m and 100 m breast stroke, respectively. Jane attributes her success in the relay to the excellent chemistry she shares with her teammates. As a competitive swimmer, Jane dedicates approximately nine hours a week towards training.
