Return to School - La Rentrée 2025

We would like to welcome our new and returning students to ICVMC for the 2025-2026 school year!

Timetables

Our timetables are ready for next year!  If you have not already picked yours up, you can visit our office during the summer - our office is open from 9:00 - 12:30 (Tuesday/Thursday) and 1:00 - 3:30 (Monday/Wednesday) beginning July 2^nd (Summer Hours) 

If you are unable to come in to collect your timetable in person, they will be made available on Edsby on August 20^th, 2025. We are not able to email timetables at this time.  You will receive an email describing the process on August 20th along with information on how to make an appointment for timetable changes.

Please see the letters below that will be with your timetable explaining the process of making changes should any be needed. 

Detailed information on school reopening will be sent on August 20^th.

Important Dates:

• Wednesday, August 20^th – School Reopening Letter will be sent via email.
• Thursday, August 21^st – Main Office reopens fully
• Wednesday, September 3^rd – Orientation Day (grade 9 students ONLY– 8:30 to 12:00 and grade 10-12 ONLY – 1:00-3:30)
• Thursday, September 4^th – First Full Day of School
