2025 Student Voice Survey results

In Pembina Trails, we believe every student’s experience matters. Listening to students helps us understand what is going well in our schools and where we can do better. This information helps us make schools more caring, inclusive, and supportive for all students.

The 2025 Student Voice Survey was designed to authentically capture Grade 5 to 12 students’ experiences related to learning, belonging, well-being, equity, and graduation.

It was administered from November 24 to December 19, 2025 to 10,257 eligible students.

The 70% participation rate ensured the results are representative of the Pembina Trails student body.

The 2025 Student Voice Survey highlights a school division where most students feel supported, engaged, and are optimistic about their future. It has also provided the school division with clear and actionable areas for improvement, especially around respect for diversity, cultural representation, anti-racism efforts, and support for struggling learners.

These insights provide Pembina Trails with a strong baseline to measure progress and continue building an environment where every student can grow, flourish, and reach their full potential.
