Communicating with your PreTeen

Strong communication between parents and children affects the relationships between them.  Parents will learn what influences preteen behavior.  Topics include improving communication, encouraging cooperation, disciplining effectively, and building a better relationship with your child.

Anxiety in Children

Do you have a child who is anxious? Looking for ways to help?  This 3-session workshop will explore what anxiety is, the different types of anxiety and their signs and symptoms, and strategies to support and help a child who is struggling with anxiety.  *no diagnosis required*
