Parent/Caregiver Education Support Group

With support from the St. Vital Parent Child Coalition, Empowering EveryMind is offering this FREE group program for parents and primary caregivers raising kids aged 3-6 with neurodevelopmental disabilities and/or behavioral differences, living in the St. Vital area. This may include autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, FASD, learning disabilities, and others. All the parents are welcomed to bring their children who meet the age criteria. There will be two sessions to learn and discuss concerns about kids' use of screens, prioritizing self-care and having compassion for self.

*Formal diagnosis is not required to participate!
