Reports and Plans

Report Cards

As you are likely already aware, Acadia Junior High uses the web-based scheduler system for the three reporting periods. You will be able to view your child(ren)’s report card online provided you have you have set up an account already. If you have not already done so, we need you to set up your account as soon as possible, so that you will be able to use your account when the report cards become available for viewing. You only have to do this once. If you are having trouble accessing the system, please refer to our troubleshooting document that can help you with accessing the system. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our office at 204.269.6210 and we will be happy to help. We hope this program will serve as an efficient tool for you in the interest of home-school communication.

Parent-Teacher Conferences

The same web-based scheduler system is also used to book appointments for Parent-Teacher conferences. During specific times throughout the year, the system will be open for you to book your Parent-Teacher conferences. The appointment blocks book up very quickly so please ensure you log on as promptly as possible so that you can book an appointment with your child(ren)’s teachers. Please be aware that you must book a separate appointment with each individual teacher that you would like to meet with. It is not necessary for you to book an appointment with your child(ren)’s advisor teacher. Due to the limited number of appointments, we need to prioritize these times. We look forward to meeting with you to discuss your child(ren)’s progress.

School Goals

School goals are a critical part of every school's continual improvement process. Acadia administration reports on our goals and progress towards meeting these benchmarks in our annual Community Report that is published yearly in early July.
