*Drama: Grade eight Drama focuses on introducing students to the world of drama and the performing arts. Students will explore verbal and non-verbal communication, thinking imaginatively and expressing themselves with confidence. They will also grow into artful learners. The course covers units such as movement, mime, musical theatre and the ever so popular MacRae Lip Sync Extravaganza.

*Graphic Arts: Grade eight Graphic Arts is a program that introduces students to computer graphics, multimedia and animation. Delivered through traditional classroom instruction and e-learning technologies, students work independently on projects to enhance their digital presentation skills.

*Please note that Drama and Graphic Arts are a combined course and students would switch from one to the other halfway through the year.
