Lunch Program

The Parent Advisory Council of Laidlaw School provides both a Lunch Program and Fun Lunch service. Please go to the bottom of this page and click on the Lunch Program online registration form and/or the PAC Website and Fun Lunch Registration for more information.

The Lunch Program service enables your child to remain at school over the lunch period (11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.). The fee for this service is used for the wages of lunch supervisors, equipment and supplies. At the beginning of the school year information will go home with the students.  Please click on the Lunch Program Online Registration Form below for more information and to register your child to participate.

Please refer to the lunch program booklet below and review this with your child who will be attending the lunch program. This outlines the communities roles and responsibilities in regards to the lunch program to help create a safe and caring environment for all. 

Payment for the Lunch Program:

Please pay by the end of September or a pro-rated amount in the first week of registration. Please contact the office for a pro-rated amount if you register throughout the school year. We accept e-transfer, cash or cheque (which can be given to the office or your child's homeroom teacher). 

You can pay one payment for full time participation of $205 per child for the year.

Two payments for full time participation of $102.50 (cheque, cash or e-transfer by the end of September and by mid-December.

Occasional participation of $3 per day per child. Please ask your child to bring $3 each day they attend and give to their class supervisor. 

E-Transfer Details:

Please e-transfer the funds to pac.treasurer.laidlaw@gmail.com Password: laidlaw. Please place your child's name in the notes section of the e-transfer. Please make one e-transfer per child. This is helpful for accounting purposes. 

PAC, Fun Lunches and Pizza Wednesdays:

PAC uses a separate website to communicate with families and to provide fun lunches twice a month for the students at Laidlaw. You must register annually to this website. Please follow the link below. 

In addition, PAC uses this website to help the student leadership team to manage Pizza Wednesdays that often happen at Laidlaw. This is a fundraiser for grade 8 farewell. 

*Please note we follow all current covid-19 health protocols in the lunch program. These are not outlined in the lunch program booklet due to the dynamic changes that may occur.
