Author Mireille Messier visited Mme Emanuel's 3-4 classroom

Canadian author, Mireille Messier gave a French workshop to Mme Emanuel's class.  They were selected by the DREF and supported by Manitoba Ed.  Mme Messier showed the class her varied books and went through the steps to publish a book.  Students were given words and scenarios to create a scene like a book illustrator.  It was fantastic experience to have a real author in our school and to meet this Franco-Ontarian.  Mireille Messier books
