Roseau River Anishinaabe First Nation Trust turns sod on apartment complex at 939 Chancellor
The Roseau River Anishinaabe First Nation Trust announced on National Housing Day that 95 affordable apartment units will be built at 939 Chancellor.
The project - a collaboration of the RRAFN Trust, Canada Mortgage and Trust and Paragon Living - will help Roseau River students and seniors find affordable housing that is close to the University of Manitoba.
The apartment complex is called The Chancellor, with units ready for occupancy in the spring of 2025.
Pembina Trails is thrilled and excited to see intentional, affordable housing in our community.
