Love to Sing! - Whyte Ridge School

That slogan, displayed on the brand new Grade Two Choir T-shirts, was in evidence on February 13 when the Whyte Ridge Grade Two Choir participated in "Pembina Trails Sings". P T Sings is a bi-annual divisional event where choirs of all ages have the opportunity to share their music with one another in a wonderful performance setting. Each choir sings a couple of selections, after which they enjoy a mini-workshop with a choral expert, in this case, Dr. Janet Brenneman. Our Whyte Ridge students did a wonderful job. They told their stories in song with joy and lovely sound. As well, they represented Whyte Ridge School very well through respectful, polite behaviour.

We are looking forward to the Grade Two Choir's next performance at the Winnipeg Music Festival on March 8. The Grade 3 & 4 Girls Choir will perform there on February 28 and the Grade 3 & 4 Boys Choir will sing on March 9.
