The South Pointe Learning Commons and Makerspace is a space that is open and welcome to everyone. By combining our print collection with new technologies we partner with students, staff and parents as we read for pleasure and knowledge, explore our world and create.

Our collection is current and meets the curricular needs of our staff and students.

The makerspace is a collaborative and active space inside our Learning Commons for creating, co-operation and critical thinking. The space is designed to help inspire a student's creativity so they can explore their interests using a wide range of tech and non-tech interactive materials and tools.

The space is alive with the voices of students working together, establishing connections with each other and their learning, inquiry and research projects.
