Who We Are

River West Park School is a safe and caring kindergarten to grade 8 neighbourhood school located south of the Assiniboine River in Charleswood on the western edge of the City of Winnipeg. Our mission is to provide quality education in a safe, nurturing, stimulating environment. We are part of the Pembina Trails School Division and have been proud to be River West Park’s community school for over 40 years.

As an inclusive school community, we promote responsibility, respect, team work and academic excellence. River West Park offers the full English track Manitoba provincial curriculum to students from kindergarten to grade 8 in a modern, well-equipped spacious facility. 

Our program aims to challenge children academically, cultivate them artistically and engage them physically while fostering their healthy social-emotional development in a friendly, community environment.
