- Passport for each family member
- Study Permit and letter of acceptance from the institution (parents on a Study Permit)
- Work Permit and letter of employment from employer (parents on a Work Permit)
- Refugee documents for refugees
- An official document that identifies proof of residency (ie lease or purchase agreement)

Refugee Registration Process for Fort Richmond Collegiate
Step 1: Please contact Ms. Donna Gray at 204-488-1767 (ext. 1225) to make an appointment or arrange for the documentation listed below to be delivered to the Henlow office. Donna will scan and send the documentation to Fort Richmond School.

Step 2: Complete the Divisional Registration Form
Step 3: Either drop the completed registration form off at Fort Richmond Collegiate (99 Killarney Avenue) or scan and send the registration form as an attachment via email to the school frc@pembinatrails.ca.
Step 4: The school will contact the family to set up a time for the student to meet with a case manager.
