At École Crane, we are committed to helping Manitoba Education realize their vision of "physically active and healthy lifestyles for all students."

Through planned and balanced programming all students at École Crane are provided with opportunities to develop the knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed to develop active and healthy lifestyle habits.

Emphasis will be placed on developing Physical Literacy in all students  -  moving with competence and confidence in a wide variety of physical activities in multiple environments that benefit the healthy development of the whole person (PHE Canada, 2010).

Please note that grade 3 and 4 students are required to change for PE, but that everyone should come to school with footwear and clothing appropriate for physical activity.
