FEE PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

Bairdmore Lunch Supervision Program Registration is for Students from Grades 1 - 6 ONLY. 

***Please register your child/children using the ONLINE REGISTRATION LINK before SEPTEMBER 8, 2023, and pay by a CREDIT CARD. Other payment options are listed below.

The registration includes the full-year payment OR payment by term. Therefore, please make the selection/s that best fit/s to your needs. However, in the event of a program cancellation, the decisions about refunding money will be made in accordance with the Pembina Trails School Division's guidelines.   

PLEASE NOTE THAT REGISTRATIONS WITHOUT PAYMENT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. IF YOU HAVE NOT REGISTERED YOUR CHILD IN THE PROGRAM, THEY WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO ATTEND THE SUPERVISED LUNCH PROGRAM EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 8, 2023

***Kindergarten Children are NOT accepted into the program***

FULL-YEAR TICKET:

Full Year Payment (September 2023 to June 2024) - $200.00 per student.

A third child is $100.00. For payments made by credit card, the discount of $100.00 will be processed manually.

TERM TICKETS:

Term 1: September-December 2023 - $80 per student

Term 2: January-March 2024 - $60 per student

Term 3: April-June 2024 - $60 per student 

If you are unable to pay by credit card as our preferred method, please make a cheque payable to Bairdmore Lunch Program (NOT Bairdmore School)

  • Cheque should be dated no later than September 8, 2023
  • The child’s name and grade (first/last name and grade/classroom in September 2023) must be written on the cheque.

If you sign up to pay by the month, 10 post-dated cheques are required starting from September 1, 2023, to June 1, 2024

For monthly payments, the fee per child is $20.00 and $10.00 for the third child or more. 

  • Submit 10 post-dated cheques dated the first of each month
  • The first cheque must be dated September 1, 2023
  • Make cheques payable to Bairdmore Lunch Program
  • Child’s name (first and last) and Classroom must be written on each cheque


Please note that incomplete applications without payment OR cheques with no registration record will NOT be processed/accepted.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • If you pay online, please retain your confirmation email and receipt as YOUR OFFICIAL 2023/2024 TAX RECEIPT(S). You will NOT be sent another tax receipt(s).
  • No refunds will be made for school in-service days or holidays or students on vacation from school.
  • No partial refunds will be made on a weekly basis due to a school shutdown or program cancellation and administration fees will be applied. 
  • Please note that a minimum charge of $10.00 per NSF cheque will be applied.
  • If the Lunch Supervision Program has not received yearly or term payments or 10 post-dated cheques, your registration will not be processed and will be returned home.
  • Please submit all your cheque payments to School Office with your child's name, grade & classroom (in September 2023) clearly indicated on the envelope.
