Choraliers provides a challenging opportunity for children in grades four and five. Choristers are expected to demonstrate a high level of commitment to rehearsal, as they hone their vocal technique (pure vowel sounds, breath control), music reading skills and listening skills. Girls at this level develop strong choral independence as they explore the best in children's choral literature. They sing in unison, two and more parts. Depending on experience and vocal development, girls will sing in Choraliers in grades four and/or five before proceeding to Chorale.
Choraliers participate in the Pembina Trails Voices winter and spring concerts, as well as "Music for a Sunday Afternoon" with NOVA, Minnesingers and Boys TC.
