We believe in opening our doors to our community.
In our commitment to encouraging community use of schools, we welcome not-for-profit groups and organizations to
apply for after-hours school space, so long as there is no conflict with school programming.
People living in the division can request a permit to use school space for the purpose of educational, recreational and cultural events. More information can be found in our policies and guidelines.
Applications can be filled out online using our easy to fill out form.
Please keep in mind all applications should be submitted at least two weeks prior to the date requested.
School Division will be transitioning to a new permit system called eBASE
for the 2019-2020 school year, the launch of this will occur in June.

requiring a permit before Aug 30, 2019, please continue to use the existing online

June 30, 2020, please use our new system. Once it is live, a link to the new
system will be provided on this site. If you do not see the link, it will mean
the system is not available yet and you should check back.
