In our commitment to encouraging community use of schools, we welcome not-for-profit groups and organizations to apply for after-hours school space, so long as there is no conflict with school programming.
People living in Pembina Trails School Division can request a permit to use school space for the purpose of educational, recreational and cultural events. More information can be found in our policy KFB, policy KFB-R, guidelines and permit terms and conditions.
Please keep in mind all applications should be submitted at least two weeks prior to the date requested.
New booking system launched
Pembina Trails School Division permit booking system has transitioned to our new online software called eBase. All permit applications should be submitted through the online booking system. You are advised to watch the introduction video which will demonstrate how to use the booking portal.
