We believe in transparency, and that is why all our board meetings are open to the public.
Our regularly scheduled board meetings take place on the second and fourth Thursday of each month from September to June. Meetings are held in the board room at the Administration Office, 181 Henlow Bay, starting at 8 p.m.
If you or your group wish to appear before the board as a delegation, please notify the Secretary Treasurer, Craig Stahlke, of your intention in writing before 1 p.m. on Thursday, one week before the meeting you wish to attend. You will also need to provide Mr. Stahlke with written information about the topic and content of your petition or presentation before 1 p.m. on Thursday.

It is important to note, that if you have
questions regarding your child’s education, the first point of contact school
be your child’s classroom teacher, followed by the school’s principal. If your
concern is not resolved, please connect with your school’s
superintendent. Each of our assistant superintendents and
superintendent is responsible for a network of schools. They support our
staff and can be contacted if you have questions that have not been answered.
