|2013 - 2014 BOARD MEETINGS SCHEDULE
The regularly scheduled Board Meetings are held on the second and fourth Thursday of each month, September through June. The meetings are held in the Board Room at the Administration Office, 181 Henlow Bay, starting at 8:00 p.m.
Individuals or groups wishing to appear before the Board as a delegation shall notify the Secretary-Treasurer, Mr. Craig M. Stahlke, of their intention by giving notice, in writing, no later than 1:00 p.m. on the Thursday immediately preceding the regularly scheduled meeting of the Board at which they wish to appear. In addition to the notification, delegations are required to provide written information respecting the topic and content of their petition/presentation.
